Theressa Scott - Pipe Sergeant

​Theressa started teaching herself the chanter at age 12, then joined the Army Cadets in North Bay for further instruction with Roger Galipeau and Guy Trudel.

She spent four summers at Ipperwash Army Cadet Camp under the instruction of Archie and John Cairns. Theressa has played with the Callander Pipe Band, Sturgeon Falls Pipe Band and the Walden Highlanders (Sudbury).

After a 10 year hiatus, she returned to the pipes and joined the Grimsby Pipe Band in 2007. She plays many instruments, including: Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Trumpet, Oboe, Flute and Accordian.

Currently, Theressa works as an ICU nurse in the Niagara Region.
