• GRIMSBY PIPE BAND •
The Grimsby Pipe is pleased to announce our new Bass Drum logo. Be sure to look for it at all of our events and parades.
Saturday April 28th 2018, starting at 7 pm, the Grimsby Pipe Band presents our 11th Annual Celtic Evening and Dance.
The venue will be once again the Mountain Ridge Community Centre located at 105 Mountain Road in Grimsby.
Your entertainment will be The Schiehallion Highland Dancers, The Oakville Celtic Fiddle Orchestra, and of course the Pipes and Drums of the Grimsby Pipe Band. DJ Greg will be returning again this year to provide good dancing music.
There will be a light luncheon provided as well.
Also....we promise the largest Raffle table to date, and our legendary 50-50 draw. In 2017 the winner of the 50-50 draw walked away with almost $600.00. As well, we will have a Silent Auction, including a full Highland Kilt Outfit (valued at $1800, starting bid at $250). Please refer to the Events page for a picture and details of the Highland Kilt outfit.
We will be introducing a new drink to our Drink Menu...."Caesars". The Premium Beers will be Killkenny Ale, Tennet's Lager and Guinness Stout. The Domestics are Coor's Lite, Labatt's Blue and Alexander's Keith. There will be Whiskey, Scotch and much more available for your drinking pleasure.
Entertainment, snacks, light lunch, dancing.....all still for only $25.
Come out and support your only non-funded Pipe and Drum band in the area. All funds raised assist with the costs of running a community pipe band....with the Grimsby Pipe Band participating in almost 30 events during the year.
The aim for 2018 are new Pipe Chanters and brand new Drum Heads with updated logo and much more. Again all this is done through hard work, and this, our only Fundraiser for the year. So buy a ticket....come out and have a great evening....again all for only $25.
Please contact Gordon Scott at 905-520-7981 or at firstname.lastname@example.org for further info.

The Grimsby Pipe Band is also an instructional band having taught pipers who are playing competition today. Competition is not our goal, but that of a good sounding Event and Street Pipe and Drum Band.
Currently we have a total membership of 37 band members including Life and Associate members.
